Licensee acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Marian Boardley Consulting LLC makes no guarantee or warranty that any panel, content, or data generated by the Software is accurate, complete, or compliant with FDA regulations, including but not limited to 21 CFR 101.9 and 21 CFR 101.36.
  • The Software and all Licensed Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties.
  • Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring that all labels and related materials are reviewed and approved by a qualified expert in dietary supplement and/or food labeling before use in commerce, submission to FDA, or use for import/export.

If you do not already have an expert available, you may contact Marian Boardley Consulting LLC for separate label review services.

Intellectual property
Licensee agrees not to use the Licensed Products or Documentation to reverse engineer or copy the Software for any purpose or otherwise encroach on intellectual property rights. Licensee agrees that the Licensed Products are ©Marian Boardley Consulting LLC 2026.
